Terry Chucas
Terry Chucas - Attorney in San Diego
A self-employed attorney and member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Terry Chucas has has owned and operated several solo practices in the greater San Diego area. Since 2008, he has been representing parents and their children in appeal cases before the Dependency Court of California. Terry Chucas has also handled dependency proceedings and represented children in high-conflict divorce cases before the Superior Court of San Diego County.
Mr. Chucas earned his juris doctor from San Diego’s Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1976, graduating 15th in his class. Before becoming an attorney, he worked as an insurance agent with State Farm and served as a Canadian naval officer. As both a midshipman and an officer of the deck, he served a total of seven years in the Royal Canadian Navy.
Outside of the professional arena, Terry Chucashas likes to read and follow sports. He is particularly fond of hockey after playing the sport from seven to 45 years of age.
